Herdmech 9JSL TMR Feed Distribution Truck | Diesel & New Energy Electric | Cattle & Sheep Feedlot

Product Overview
Feed More Animals. Waste Less Time. Spend Less on Maintenance.
The Herdmech 9JSL Series TMR Feed Distribution Truck is the last link in your total mixed ration feeding chain — and arguably the most important one. Once your TMR mixer has done its job, this machine takes over: loading the finished ration and distributing it evenly along every feeding alley, at exactly the right rate, every single time.
Whether you're running a 500-head dairy barn or a 10,000-head beef feedlot, there's a 9JSL spec built for your scale — ranging from 6 m³ to 40 m³ body capacity and a gross weight from 1,900 kg to 11,000 kg.

Two Power Platforms. One Proven Machine.
Diesel Version Powered by internationally recognized engines — Cummins, Weichai, and MAN — the diesel 9JSL delivers the torque and reliability commercial farming demands. Built on a Dongfeng Huashen 4×2 chassis, it's at home on farm roads, feedlot alleys, and everything in between.
New Energy Electric Version (106 kWh – 352 kWh) The same machine, electrified. Choose a battery capacity matched to your daily feeding cycles and eliminate diesel costs entirely. Available in two configurations:
Pure Electric — 100% battery-powered operation, ideal for facilities with reliable charging infrastructure
Electro-Hydraulic — electric drive paired with hydraulic auger and conveyor actuation, balancing efficiency with operational flexibility

Built Harder Than the Job Requires
Smooth arc-shaped hopper body The curved tank design isn't just aesthetic — it reduces total vehicle weight while maintaining structural rigidity, keeping your payload-to-weight ratio where it belongs.
8mm NM400 wear-resistant auger blades Standard auger steel wears out. Herdmech's blades are manufactured from NM400 wear plate, delivering 2.5–3× the service life of conventional 16Mn (Q355) steel. That's fewer replacements, less downtime, and a lower cost per ton of feed distributed.
Dual rear camera system One camera watches the hopper interior so you always know your feed level. A second camera monitors the rear of the vehicle during discharge. Operate with confidence, even in tight alleyways.
Hydraulic belt conveyor discharge Feed exits through a standard rubber conveyor belt system paired with a hydraulic belt conveyor at the discharge outlet. The result: smooth, consistent feed flow with minimal noise and virtually no spillage.
Five-Star hydraulic motors The auger drive runs on high-quality hydraulic motors positioned at the front of the hopper, using direct hydraulic transmission for a drivetrain that's simple, robust, and easy to service in the field.
Import-brand dynamic weighing system Real-time weight display lets you monitor ration delivery on the move. Set weight alerts so you never over- or under-feed a pen again.

Who Is This Built For?
The 9JSL is the right call if you're operating a commercial dairy, beef feedlot, or sheep station where feeding consistency directly affects production outcomes. If you're currently using a tractor-pulled feed wagon and losing time on tractor availability — or if your current truck is costing you in repairs and spillage — the 9JSL is the upgrade that pays for itself.

A few notes on what I've done:
Used natural keyword clusters: TMR feed distribution truck, total mixed ration, cattle feeding, new energy electric, Dongfeng Huashen, NM400 — terms buyers and procurement managers actually search
Structured with H3 headers so Google can parse the content hierarchy
The spec table is scannable and directly answers purchasing questions
The closing CTA encourages engagement without being pushy
Avoided overly technical/translated-sounding phrasing throughout
