Designed for heavy-duty daily operations on dairy and cattle farms, this machine efficiently processes raw cow manure, reducing moisture content and transforming waste into easy-to-handle solid fertilizer. With a powerful 7.5kW motor and a top-feed design, it easily handles input concentrations of 5% to 8%, delivering a consistent processing capacity of 10 to 40 cubic meters per hour.

Heavy-Duty Durability: The main screw propeller ($\Phi$260mm x 1340mm) is coated with Tungsten Carbide, drastically improving wear resistance and offering a service life of up to 1,800 hours (in sand-free conditions).
Advanced Dual-Segment Screen: Features a high-quality, welded stainless steel screen divided into two primary sections for optimal filtration. The first section (600mm) has a 0.85mm gap, while the second section (300mm) features a 1.0mm gap.
Optimal Moisture Reduction: Effectively presses slurry to achieve a final solid output with a moisture content of just 70% - 78%, perfect for composting, bedding, or transport.
