Ultra-Durable Chamber Construction: Built to handle massive daily volumes, the 9JGL-16 features a robust 20mm thick bottom plate and 8+8mm double-layered wear-resistant side plates. This heavy-duty construction defends against intense abrasion and ensures exceptional longevity.
Precision Cutting System: Equipped with 10 specialized cutting blades. Each 8mm blade is crafted from premium 65Mn steel, treated with heat and a tungsten carbide coating to maintain a razor-sharp edge for efficient, uniform forage processing.
Optimized Dual-Auger Design: The heart of the 9JGL-16 features two powerful augers utilizing 14mm + 8mm dual-layer wear-resistant blades. This dual-action design vigorously lifts and circulates more material, achieving a fluffy, dead-zone-free mix that maximizes palatability even when fully loaded.
Smart Control with Soft-Start VFD: Powered by a heavy-duty 55kW motor integrated with a renowned-brand Variable-Frequency Drive (VFD). This enables a soft start to protect electrical systems and allows for a spin-off cleaning function for leftover feed. The compact, high-torque reducer is sourced from world-class brands like Comer, Jiangling, boasting a design life of over 2,000 hours.
Advanced Load Sensing: Upgraded for larger loads, this model utilizes a 4-sensor imported electronic dynamic weighing system. This highly stable setup provides real-time weight changes on an external display, allowing for precise ingredient control and customizable quantitative warnings.
