Ultra-Durable Chamber Construction: Engineered to withstand the intense daily workload of a large farm, the 9JGL-25 features a massive 20mm thick bottom plate and 8+8mm double-layered wear-resistant side plates.
Precision Cutting System: Equipped with 16 specialized cutting blades. Each 8mm thick blade is forged from premium 65Mn steel and treated with a tungsten carbide coating process to maintain a razor-sharp, highly wear-resistant edge.
Optimized Dual-Auger Design: The heart of the 9JGL-25 features two powerful augers utilizing 14mm + 8mm dual-layer blades for extreme wear resistance. This optimized design lifts more material for a fluffy, dead-zone-free mix, performing exceptionally well even when fully loaded.
Smart Control with Soft-Start VFD: Powered by a heavy-duty 75kW motor integrated with a renowned-brand Variable-Frequency Drive (VFD). This enables a soft start to protect the motor and allows for a spin-off cleaning function for leftover feed. The high-torque reducer is sourced from world-class brands like Comer, Jiangling.
