Precision Cutting System: Equipped with an impressive 32 specialized cutting blades. Each 8mm thick blade is forged from premium 65Mn steel and treated with a heat and tungsten carbide coating process to maintain a razor-sharp, highly wear-resistant edge.
Optimized Quad-Auger Design: The heart of the 9JGL-50 features four powerful augers utilizing 14mm + 8mm dual-layer blades for extreme wear resistance. This optimized design lifts more material for a fluffy, dead-zone-free mix, performing exceptionally well even in massive batches.
Smart Control with Soft-Start VFD: Powered by a heavy-duty 185kW motor integrated with a renowned-brand Variable-Frequency Drive (VFD).
